This fenty puma slippers girls have so much attitude I asked questions and they keep saying omg again What the hell Teach this girls customer service please Joseph THE SUPER STAR was a SUPERIOR example of an excellent SERVICE at #Puma in the #GreatMall He greeted me as soon as he saw me and ask me if I need help each time I needed help. I let him know I really liked a pair of shoes on clearance that was not my size & he offered to go to the back to double check if they had my size. Joseph the SUPER STAR had came out with my size of the shoe I wanted . He was super sweet and helpful, can tell he has a Great spirit! Puma is lucky to have him, he makes you want to go back and shop.

The shopper was taken aback, placed his items on a nearby shelf, and left the store. Each time this manager was asked to open up a second register for purchases (I saw a few customers approach her about this), she declared that she only processed returns and would fenty puma sneakers not be ringing up purchases. I saw more customers walk out. The manager stood at the second register, talking and giggling on her headset. She was talking about upcoming events and how they hadn't reached their sales goals yet, and said that she was working hard on the sales goals. The clothing and accessories were not well organized, and the sales signs were misleading.

If there is a same style in different color within the size you need, they will not give it to you unless you buy it at the full retail price. If there is a style in the size you need within the same original purchase price, they will still not give it you unless you buy at full asking price. So after 3 trips to the store at 3 different weeks and having not found the size needed for my toddler son just gave up and returned all six pairs. Waste of time and efforts and their store policy of not doing an even exchange sucks.

So if new puma shoes they don't have sizes then don't even try to waste your time on a sale day. Place is awesome and has the best deals on puma clothes anywhere in NorCal. I've been going there for years and have always gotten great deals. Almost all the shoes for my two kids came from this store and the light ups are always popular. The bad reviews probably have more to do with the reviewer than the service although some are obviously warranted. It's the great mall folks, what do you expect, my kids Peed in line one time at the Puma store it was awesome but not the employees fault, it was mine. You're obviously not gonna be getting folks with PhD's punching a cash register, they're going to be high school kids and folks who aren't staying there for the rest of their lives.

The heels of the Puma shoes he got last year is starting to thin due to extensive wear (and also he just walks funny). I've never seen this before... it looks like his heels were about to dig a hole into the rubber sole. Insane! Since he's a fan of the Puma shoes, we decided to come to the outlet and see if we could scout out a pair of two for him and his funky feet. We struck gold when everything in the store was on sale! 40% - 60% off! The sales representatives were very professional and helpful, and the cashiers were friendly and prompt, making this pre-holiday-season shopping experience quite a pleasure.

Matt got a pair of shoes for $25 and a sweater for $20. The prices are good here! I would have put 3 or 4 stars if it wasn't the puma basket heart employee. He was a tall Asian male with a funky hair cut with dark red highlights in them. He never helped out his co-worker. There was a long line. He did was folding jackets and socialize with people he knows. The co-worker had a return. She couldn't do the return. So she called the Asian Male over to do the return. Once the return was done. We walked up he said no this register is closed. There were people behind me waiting to be ringed up. What kind of service is this when you are not providing "Customer Service".
