Tip 3: Get as much free advice as you can


And then filter out what you don't need. I was inundated with advice when I first set up SugarCat. When deciding whether or not to outsource, think about the following: How long has this person been trained to do this task? Does it need 3 years of college or can you do a six-week online course to learn what they know? How long has this person been doing the job?
